Elizabeth Hart focuses her practice on health care law. She graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Health Law Certificate and as a member of the Dean’s List in December 1999. Her practice began by defending professionals such as nurses, doctors, teachers and police officers in civil litigation. Through the years she has continued to represent nurses and doctors but has also expanded her practice to meet the needs of entire health organizations such as clinics and hospitals. Upon the request of clients she has also represented business and individuals in many types of civil litigation. Mrs. Hart is licensed to practice in both Oklahoma and Arkansas. She is admitted to practice before all trial and appellate courts of the State of Oklahoma, all federal district courts in Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Healthcare has been a passion of Mrs. Harts for many years. Prior to law school, she worked for a group of surgeons in Fayetteville, Arkansas for four years and for the Mercy Medical Network in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Her hands-on experience brought about her understanding the impact healthcare has on the everyday lives of both patients, physicians and administrators. As quoted by Herophilus, “When health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot manifest, strength cannot fight, wealth becomes useless and intelligence cannot be applied”. It is Mrs. Hart’s hope and dream to make the healthcare system better for all involved, both patients and healthcare providers.

Mrs. Hart is active in the Oklahoma Bar Association and works at mentoring six young attorneys. Mrs. Hart is also active with the Oklahoma Bar Association Women in the Law Committee and the Tulsa Women Lawyer’s Association. She has also been named a Fellow with Litigation Counsel of America and one of the 2009 State's Outstanding Young Lawyers by Oklahoma Magazine's Super Lawyers.

Mrs. Hart is married to Robert Hart, National Project Manager for Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auctions and has four children. She volunteers for Tulsa Lawyers for Children in representing children in cases of medical neglect. Her family are active members of Parkview Baptist Church.
