Jason T. Seay graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Philosophy in 2004. He graduated from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007 with a Health Law Certificate. During law school, Mr. Seay served as a legal intern to Justice Marian P. Opala of the Oklahoma Supreme Court for two years and served as a summer intern to Hon. Richard Owen, Senior District Judge for the United State District Court for the Southern District of New York. After graduation, he began his practice with the law firm of Goodwin & Goodwin in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The majority of Mr. Seay’s practice is focused in the areas of the complex civil litigation, securities litigation, corporate finance transactions, director and officer liability, insurance defense, appellate advocacy and general civil litigation.
Mr. Seay is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Johnson-Sontag Inn of the American Inns of Court, the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Seay contributes to the community by working with local physicians’ groups and the Tulsa County Health Department to promote better health care access for uninsured Tulsans as well as promoting the redevelopment of North Tulsa under his mentor, James O. Goodwin, Esq. Mr. Seay is married to Abbie Petticrew Seay.
