Ms. Mauldin is an associate with Richards & Connor and focuses her practice in the areas of bad faith defense, insurance coverage litigation and general insurance defense litigation. She is a 2000 graduate of Oklahoma State University and a 2008 graduate of The University of Tulsa College of Law, with honors. During law school she was an accomplished mock trial competitor, having received the Order of the Barristers, the Lawyering Skills Certificate, and was a member of the AAJ and NTC traveling mock trial team. She also excelled in academics, having received the American Assoc. of Justice Advocacy Scholars Award and CALI Award for Excellence in Law and Literature.

Ms. Mauldin brings a unique and diverse background to Richards & Connor. An Oklahoma native, Ms. Mauldin proudly served her community for five years as a Tulsa Police Officer. As an attorney who is an alumna of the Tulsa Police Department, she has experience enforcing, as well as defending the law. She graduated with honors from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2008 and immediately went to work for the District Attorney’s office as Assistant District Attorney. There she began prosecuting domestic violence and moved quickly to a felony docket where she first-chaired four felony jury trials, resulting in a total of life plus 105 years. She is also an advocate for the underprivileged and has recently begun pro bono work for DVIS (Domestic Violence Intervention Services) here in Tulsa.

Ms. Mauldin volunteers with the Young Lawyers Division of the Tulsa County Bar, is a member of the Tulsa Women Lawyer’s Association, the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance practice, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma. Ms. Mauldin is married, an avid volunteer in the Tulsa community, an animal lover (three pets at home) and enjoys sailing and jogging.
