Jason L. Glass concentrates his practice in the area of complex business litigation in both federal and state courts, with a particular emphasis in extra contractual liability litigation and insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Glass also provides consulting services to insurers on a variety of insurance related issues including claims handling and coverage. Mr. Glass also has extensive litigation experience in the areas of employment law, products liability, medical malpractice, and general liability.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Glass provides a broad range of services to businesses and individuals in the ever changing and increasingly complex area of immigration law. Areas of emphasis include employment based petitions, labor certification, family based immigration, removal proceedings, naturalization and citizenship cases, and employer sanction cases. Mr. Glass advises employers on various aspects of employment related immigration matters, including compliance with federal and state regulations affecting employment of foreign workers. Mr. Glass is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Mr. Glass was born and raised in McAlester, Oklahoma. Mr. Glass obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining Richards & Connor, Mr. Glass practiced law with a distinguished Tulsa firm with an emphasis in medical malpractice defense.

Mr. Glass is admitted to practice before all trial and appellate courts of the State of Oklahoma, all federal district courts in Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
