Cheyenne D. Barnard

Cheyenne D. Barnard was born in Moscow, Idaho, and attended Carroll College for her undergraduate studies in Business Administration. She moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to attend the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she graduated with Honors. In addition to her legal education, she pursued her MBA from the University of Tulsa Collins College of Business, where she graduated with Honors. While in law school, she was the President of Paw Law and was on the executive boards of numerous other clubs. She was the Executive Managing Editor for the Energy Law Journal and was an Executive Editor for the ABA SEER Year in Review. She also participated in the Florida National Trial Advocacy Tournament and the National Native American Law Student Association Moot Court competition. She was awarded the President’s Award and the Faith Orlowski Animal Law Award from the Tulsa County Bar Association in law school. She also received the CALI Award for the highest individual performance in the subject of the Public Defender Clinic.

Since joining Richards & Connor, Cheyenne’s practice has been focused on bad faith litigation and general defense litigation. In her free time, she enjoys competing at Trapshooting competitions as a former All-American, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
