Lacy Pulliam was born in Arlington, Texas. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2016 with a B.B.A. Major in Marketing and Minor in Business Legal Studies. She then attended the University of Tulsa College of Law where she graduated in 2019 with Highest Honor. She was awarded the Order of the Barristers, Order of the Curule Chair, and multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. While in law school, she served as a summer intern for the Honorable Jane P. Wiseman at the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, Articles Research Editor for Tulsa Law Review, Executive Director of the Board of Advocates, Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, a member of Women’s Law Caucus, and reached the Quarterfinals of the National Health Law Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Pulliam is a member of Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations. Since joining Richards & Connor, her practice has been focused on medical malpractice defense, bad faith litigation, and general insurance defense. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends.
