William L. Foreman

Bill Foreman was born in Boulder, Colorado, and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  After spending four years in the United States Navy serving aboard ballistic missile submarines, Mr. Foreman attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where he graduated in 1998 with a B.A. in History with honors, a B.A. in French, and a minor in Classical Studies with a focus on Latin.  He further attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was assistant articles’ editor for the Oklahoma Law Review, earning his J.D. with distinction in 2001.  Mr. Foreman then moved to Dallas, Texas, where he practiced law for 15 years, primarily in business litigation and creditors’ rights law, and where he was twice named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star.  Mr. Foreman moved back to Tulsa and joined Richards & Connor in 2017.  He is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas, and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
In his free time, Mr. Foreman enjoys running and hiking.  He is married to Kristi Foreman, a language arts teacher and assistant girls’ soccer coach at Jenks Public Schools.  Together they enjoy traveling, cheering on their favorite sports teams, spending time with their family, and keeping up with their daughter Kyndal, a student attending Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.
